SSC Guard is a workforce application issued to security officers working under SSC Security contracts. Accounts are created by SSC; the application cannot be used without one, and it is not available for public self-registration.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name, work email address, employee record and assigned role.
- Location — see the section below.
- Work records — shift check-in and check-out, patrol checkpoint scans, tasks accepted and completed, and incidents you report.
- Photographs you attach to an incident or a patrol record.
- Technical data — device and application diagnostics needed to operate the service securely.
Location
While you are on an active shift, the application records your device's location so the control room can see where officers are, coordinate a response, and confirm that assigned work was carried out.
On the installed Android application, location recording continues while the application is in the background and while your phone is locked. This is necessary for lone-worker safety. In the web browser application, location recording pauses whenever the application is not on screen.
- The live position shown to the control room is a single current position: each new reading replaces the previous one. No movement trail is built from it.
- Your position is additionally stored with every check-in and check-out, with any SOS you raise, and in the audit record SSC keeps of those events.
- An SOS records your position even when you are off shift, so that help can reach you.
- The last recorded position is retained after a shift ends.
Photographs
SSC removes the location information a camera writes into photographs you upload. A file you upload as a PDF is stored exactly as you sent it.
Working offline
While your device has no signal, what you recorded — including the position — waits on your own phone until a connection returns and it can be sent.
Why we process this information
- To operate the guarding service and coordinate officers on site.
- For the safety of officers working alone.
- To verify attendance and that contracted work was performed.
- To meet SSC's obligations to clients and under applicable Saudi law.
Sharing
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or analytics. Information may be made available to SSC staff who need it to run operations, to the client responsible for the site you are assigned to, and to authorities where the law requires it.
Security and storage
All traffic between the application and SSC's servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is controlled by role, so staff see only what their role permits.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may request access to your personal data, correction of it, or its deletion. Because your account is provided by your employer, please raise a request with SSC using the contact below and we will respond.
Consent
Before using the application you are asked to accept written Terms describing this processing. Where those Terms and this policy are read in Arabic and English, the Arabic version governs.

«حارس SSC» تطبيق ميداني يُصرَّف لأفراد الأمن العاملين ضمن عقود SSC للحراسة الأمنية. تُنشئ SSC الحسابات، ولا يمكن استخدام التطبيق بدون حساب، ولا يتاح التسجيل الذاتي للعموم.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب — اسمك وبريدك الوظيفي وسجلّك الوظيفي والدور المسند إليك.
- الموقع — انظر القسم أدناه.
- سجلّات العمل — تسجيل الحضور والانصراف، ومسح نقاط التفتيش، والمهام المقبولة والمنفَّذة، والحوادث التي تبلّغ عنها.
- الصور التي ترفعها مع حادث أو سجلّ دورية.
- بيانات تقنية — بيانات الجهاز والتطبيق اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة بأمان.
الموقع
أثناء وجودك في وردية عمل نشطة، يسجّل التطبيق موقع جهازك حتى تتمكّن غرفة العمليات من رؤية مواقع الأفراد وتنسيق الاستجابة والتأكّد من تنفيذ العمل المسند.
وفي تطبيق أندرويد المثبَّت، يستمر تسجيل الموقع أثناء عمل التطبيق في الخلفية وحتى عندما يكون هاتفك مقفلًا. وهذا لازم لسلامة العامل المنفرد. أمّا في تطبيق المتصفّح، فيتوقّف تسجيل الموقع مؤقّتًا متى لم يكن التطبيق ظاهرًا على الشاشة.
- الموقع الحيّ الذي تراه غرفة العمليات هو موقع حالي واحد؛ كل قراءة جديدة تحلّ محلّ التي قبلها، ولا يُبنى منها أي مسار تنقّل.
- كما يُحفظ موقعك مع كل تسجيل حضور وانصراف، ومع أي نداء استغاثة (SOS) ترسله، وفي سجلّ المراجعة الذي تحتفظ به SSC لهذه الأحداث.
- ويُسجَّل الموقع عند إرسال نداء الاستغاثة حتى وإن كنت خارج الوردية، ليصل إليك العون.
- يُحتفظ بآخر موقع مسجَّل بعد انتهاء الوردية.
الصور
تُزيل SSC معلومات الموقع التي تكتبها الكاميرا داخل الصور التي ترفعها. أمّا الملف الذي ترفعه بصيغة PDF فيُخزَّن كما أرسلته تمامًا.
العمل دون اتصال
عندما لا تتوفّر شبكة، يبقى ما سجّلته — بما في ذلك الموقع — على هاتفك حتى يعود الاتصال ويُرسل.
أغراض المعالجة
- تشغيل خدمة الحراسة وتنسيق الأفراد في المواقع.
- سلامة الأفراد العاملين بمفردهم.
- التحقّق من الحضور ومن تنفيذ العمل المتعاقد عليه.
- الوفاء بالتزامات SSC تجاه العملاء وبموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة.
المشاركة
لا نبيع معلوماتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض الإعلان أو التحليلات. وقد تُتاح المعلومات لموظفي SSC الذين يحتاجونها لتشغيل العمليات، وللعميل المسؤول عن الموقع المسند إليك، وللجهات المختصة حين يوجب النظام ذلك.
الأمان والتخزين
جميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادم SSC مشفّرة أثناء النقل (HTTPS)، والوصول محكوم بالأدوار، فلا يرى الموظف إلا ما يسمح به دوره.
حقوقك
بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي، يحقّ لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. ولأن حسابك مقدَّم من جهة عملك، يُرجى تقديم الطلب إلى SSC عبر وسيلة التواصل أدناه وسنستجيب له.
الموافقة
قبل استخدام التطبيق يُطلب منك قبول شروط مكتوبة تصف هذه المعالجة. وعند قراءة تلك الشروط وهذه السياسة بالعربية والإنجليزية، فإن النص العربي هو المعتمد.
